Regional shows attract record number of contractors ahead of 18thEdition introduction

NICEIC and ELECSA’s latest Tech Talk series has attracted record crowds as contractors prepare for the upcoming introduction of the 18thEdition.

A Lanarkshire man was sentenced to prison after falsely claiming to be NICEIC registered.

Swindon based Grants Electrical has made it down to the last three in the quest to be named Which? Trusted Trader 2018.

The NICEIC registered contractor has been shortlisted for the prestigious award from a list of more than 9,000 UK based traders.

An NICEIC approved contractor was delighted to be part of an upcoming episode of BBC’s Garden Rescue.

Gavin Jones of Gavin Jones Electrical was invited to take part in the filming after NICEIC was contacted by producers of the show.

He said:

Eight finalists have been chosen to go through to the final stage of the NICEIC and ELECSA 2018 Apprentice of the Year competition.

Olympic medallist Kriss Akabusi tops the bill at Aintree event from NICEIC and ELECSA

Olympic medallist and motivational speaker Kriss Akabusi will be the keynote speaker at NICEIC ELECSA Live North, held at Aintree Racecourse on 23 November. 

They say one good deed deserves another and that was certainly the case for Wigan based electrician Karl Mather.

 More than 41,000 firms are now listed on the Registered Competent Person Electrical website.
