Worcestershire based Independent Connections Provider, Rock Power Connections, hasfinalised the installation of the electrical supply to ‘Kettleworks’, an ambitious residential development in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Converted from the Swan Kettle Factory, Kettleworks has successfully been converted into a 292-apartment block building, with finished apartments now available to rent or purchase.
Fast-becoming one of the West Midland’s leading Independent Connections Providers, Rock Power Connections were appointed to complete the full design and installation service for the new development, which included the installation of two 1MVA substations in order to provide single phase electrical supply to each of the 292 units.
A complex installation, which also included the installation of a three-phase electrical supply to an associated commercial unit, the works resulted in a temporary road closure within the busy city-centre location, prior to completion of the development in October 2018.

Kettleworks is one of the latest connection projects to have been completed by the growing independent connections provider; where the development sold out in a matter of weeks.
